Shelly, dinner went great, and the team there was very helpful and accommodating. The setup for the Estrella Room at Rio Rio Cantina has been one of the best we’ve been to.
Thanks again for all of your help, I’m glad that we were able to get in touch with you. I’m certain that Rio Rio was the best match for IBPSA-USA in the Riverwalk area. ASHRAE/IBPSA-USA aren’t scheduled to return to San Antonio in the near future, but if we did I would book with Rio Rio again.

I just wanted to let you know that Rio Rio was the perfect location for our customer reception last night!  I want to compliment your staff…my entire group, including our VP of Sales commented what a fantastic job they did making sure that no one ever waited for a drink and the food was excellent!  You were right about the chicken kabobs…they were a huge hit!
I am not sure if/when my travels will take me back to San Antonio, however if I know of anyone who is looking to host an event, I will certainly recommend Rio Rio Cantina!!!

Just wanted to write and tell you how much I appreciated your personal touch with not only my reservation but with the problem of what looked like a second billing.  You were correct that it cleared itself.
Good customer service seems rare these days and you made me feel as if you truly cared that not only our Holiday experience was good but the follow up was important.  This especially since I didn't know who to contact, but was pretty sure it wasn't you, and I hoped that the least you would do is get my email to the correct person.  Instead you followed up quickly and personally.
My sister was in from Maryland, (visits are far and few); and she, myself and my daughter had a great time at the restaurant and watching the parade.  Your assistance with timing was very helpful, our waiter was friendly and respectful.  All in all - a nice evening out.

I would like to acknowledge and thank Michael DeLuna and the entire staff of Paesanos who took care of my son's rehersal dinner on April 30th in the Estrella Room. The food was excellent. We especially loved the Shrimp Paesano and the artichoke appetizers.
More importantly I would like to thank Michael for his very professional and personable attention. We made all the arrangements over the phone and we were so pleased with everything. I also want to commend the staff that worked our event. They were also very professional and kind. I wish I knew all of their names so I could thank them individually. Everything went exceptionally well with dinner and the dessert barge. I was not able to catch the name of the server who helped us but I see the name William on the receipt? I wanted to recognize my server (William?) for the awesome job he did. I eat dinner at a restaurant at least once a week, sometimes literally every day, due to the nature of my job. In the past 5 years I can honestly say I've been impressed by a server less than a handful of times. It takes a special combination of menu knowledge, sense of hospitality, improvisation and genuine personality to be great and William blew it out. Please pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to him.

Please forward this complimentary letter to your boss because we want him/her to know that our recent experience at Paesano's Riverwalk  was exceptional in every way!
First, I appreciate the way you promptly handled our correspondence and answered my many questions.  As a teacher busy all day, it was difficult for me to make phone calls -- especially long-distance -- and email correspondence was best for me.  Since we are out-of-town, it was important for me to feel confident that I knew how Paesano's plans and sets up dinner celebrations such as ours.  The adjustments we requested, and the details I required,  made us feel certain that we were on the same page.
Then, when I drove down from Austin for the personal meeting with you and to look over the area for our tables, it was a pleasure meeting you!  You represent this restaurant well.   I appreciated the good humor with which you handled my detail-oriented personality because in the end, everything was exactly as I had hoped.   I also appreciate you treating me to a sample of the menu I had selected -- and its deliciousness assured me that our guests would be so pleased!
The evening of our event, the two waiters you assigned to us were extraordinary, and we tipped them cash beyond the 20% included.  They helped me set out the decorations, kept checking with me to see if things were going well, and handled the needs of all our guests with expertise.  I appreciated them so much!  Then, following the meal, they graciously allowed
me to "store" our gifts, decorations, and some belongings in an office while we took the river cruise.  That helped me so much!Even though we were from out-of-town, several couples joining us were from San Antonio, and they commented about how very impressed they were with the whole evening -- and how delicious the food was.  I hope you may gain more business from them in the future; I certainly recommended you to them! Our daughter's graduation from law school was a celebration we carried over three days of that weekend!  Paesano's will always be part of the wonderful memories, and we are all most grateful for your help in making it so.
